I came to know from Cox & Kings from my uncle .So that we organized a trip for my grandfather & grandmother to london.As we come to know that this is very assistating tour operator we contacted with them & paid for the tour.
But It was a totally mistake.That we made.They are cinior citizen & they never went any international tour .So They needed a tour guide & other assistance.But it was awkard to hear that this company did not orgsnize any tour guide.My grandfather contacted to some other guide at london & got relief.
They are very careless.When we contacted agsin to the company & asked about it .They answered me about the policy.That was if there are less people of their wanted no they'll not provide.It was not told to us before.
So we asked for refund .They refused to pay that & behaved very rudely.Very disappointing & poor service.Never make deal with it.
