I ordered a cake from country oven when I was abroad I paid the money online I had to send a cake for my mother's birthday the country oven promised me that they will deliver the cake by 5 in the evening but it did not happen they delivered the cake at night. 9: 30pm , now someone tell me on a birthday who cuts a cake late night and the cake was upside down with the whole cream rubbed against the package I was calling them from afternoon 12 till night 8 no one bothered to pick my call they picked my call at my door step.
Such a ridiculous service I have witnessed they ruined the whole happiness I raised a complaint wrote a big mail but no one reverted.
Please do not spend money on a company like this who don't respect the coustomers and whose service is so cheap and hopeless.
