Holiday package scam by CHT-Fake deals & offers. Review on Country Holidays Travel, Noida

It is holiday package scam by CHT( Country Holidays Travel) a fraudulent travel company . Their team cheat people through fake commitments and fabricated offers, They came to our place and explained their domestic and international travel plan, they insisted to take the international travel plan however I opted for domestic travel plan.

I bought 3 years domestic plan on 27th April 2024 and it was told that premium properties like Rambagh Palace Jaipur and other similar palaces in Udaipur and Jaisalmer are covered and I would get 30% discount on flight booking, and would get complementary breakfast on all their bookings and would get free pick and drop in case I book hotel and travel tickets through them.

I signed their form and papers in good faith. When I enquired on call later, salesman Mukesh Mishra( not sure if they used fake name) told that these are premium properties and would be covered in the plan, I recorded the call, then I asked to share the list of all such palaces and premium properties, he told that all these palaces and premium properties would definitely covered but he did not shared the list on whatsapp and when I called him after two days, in the starting of call he accepted that all such palaces and premium properties would be covered, when I insisted to share in writing on e-mail/whatsapp, he immediately took U turn shamelessly and said it would not be covered in 3 years plan, I have recorded all his call in which he promised that all such premium properties can be booked once and each palace property can be booked but can't repeat to book same property twice, I contacted their customer care team and they also denied to provide most of the services offered by their salesman Mukesh Mishra, then I realized that it was trap and they told all fake and fabricated offers with intention to cheat me, so I asked for full refund from them.

I tried to gather more information about this group and came to know that CHT group have been cheating for the last many months and have been giving ridiculous issues of not providing services( hotel booking etc.) committed at the time of deal. They always give a new excuse to their customer for not arranging the booking in the listed properties that they have some internal issue in terms of the technical issue /contract renewal/dispute with hotel properties. I did not get any positive assurance from their customer care, then I registered a complaint in Gomti Nagar Extension Police Station Lucknow and after that, they are offering refund in 2 installments of two post dated cheques of June and July month "with condition to remove my comments from this portal" so that they could cheat the people with the same modus operandi. They don't want to get exposed and they want to continue their scam to cheat the people .

Being a responsible citizen I denied their condition and keep my post intact on this portal so that other people could get alert from this travel scam done by CHT group, after that they denied to handover cheques to me. I would suggest everyone to file police complaint in case you are victim or you can file online complaint via IGRS.
