Very shameful I should say. CHIS organisation needs to know how harmful are they to society. They have allocated people at different malls to give lucky draw coupons and then suddenly we get frequent calls saying we have won and we can avail different offers. This is how it starts. Same must have happened to everyone who posted here. Such a pathetic business model. Mr. Ujjal should be ashamed of himself of grabbing hard-earned money of ours.
Later their team calls us every day to visit the Rajouri garden, Vishal Mall and we kept denying. One day it happened that we decided to visit and see what's the offer. They sweetly asked about our routine travel plans, our taste of hotel selection, our last vacation, etc. This was when they got an idea how much money can be extracted.
They explained their plan and said payment mode will be credit card and we were not willing to go ahead and we told them that we want time to think and we don't carry credit card with such huge limits. My husband said to those sales guys that you are charging 1, 46, 000rs for 10 years with limit of 21 days, a year. What's the surety? These guys opened website and showed the properties and declared that they own these properties and said we can book on our own according to our comfort and need.
With T-1 setting they offered 1, 46, 000 for 10 years. Our question was about the rooms where some times we may need more rooms. They said that can be compensated with the days we are offering to you. Even then we were not willing. The sales guys made all efforts to convince us and we said our credit card does not have that limit. They told us to give credit card and they can check the limit. My husband gave the card and as soon as they swiped the card, it prompted for PIN and my husband added PIN and he immediately got money deducted from the bank.
We were shocked and stunned that how deceitfully they grabbed our money. Now whatever said and done, we went home half-heartedly as this was hard-earned money which they grabbed and will always curse them for this act. We are planning for holidays now and we started getting in touch with them. I also observed that there was no option for self-booking and they don't even have properties in Mumbai. The promises about the rooms which they had said were also fake. They charge you again for extra beds and extra room. I don't believe these guys and then I wrote many emails to ask them to refund my money if they can't provide me the travel benefits which they promised and for which we already paid.
This all is so painful. May their life be full of sorrows and pain. Amen!
I am waiting for their reply to my last mail and then we guess all such customers need to get together and teach them a lesson. We need to escalate this and share this on every platform so that no more people fall prey.
