I've had a terrible experience with their delivery management and customer service. They seem completely out of touch with what’s going on. The delivery person would leave the milk at the door and then just walk away without notifying me, so I’d be left waiting for a doorbell that never rang. Over the past three days, I found the milk packets lying outside only because I happened to check the door. Their customer service is frustratingly unhelpful; they don’t acknowledge their mistakes, blame the customer instead, and close complaints as 'resolved' without actually addressing the issue. I would strongly advise against using Country Delight—they’ve proven to be very unreliable.
