Dear Customers,
My experience with Country club has always been not good. They had promised me a free GOA trip and a Bandipur trip on upgrading to their Gold crown card , which is needed to access other clubs of theirs in Bangalore. After upgrading the card, I called up Country club to utilise these freebies, I was in for a shock, they told me the GOA trip would cost me Rs.4000/- and the Bandipur Bush betta would cost me Rs.1000/- per person per night. I asked them about the free offer mentioned in their brochure (incidentaly I still have the brochure copy), they told me point blank it is not available.
Further after a week I get a call from them to upgrade to Mr.Cool card , with has exactly the same freebies on offer again. The audacity is appalling. I have since lost all faith and trust in the club's promises and offers. The way the dishonest salespeople are trying to sell the club is appalling. The yearly news-letter also I just got it once.
The food quality in the club is poor and the portions are small for the price you pay. But on the plus side they do maintain the play area and play equipment of resonable quality is always available. So buy this membership only if the club is close to your place to utilise sporting facitilies. Never trust any free offers from them, bargain for a good membership price instead of the freebies, and beware of the sales-people don't trust a word.
