This airport must be improve if this wants to better airline service providing airport. We experience bad experience twice but I happy to review it on mouth shut . Amongst both I will tell you what are factors which I dont like.
I have been travelling by this airport interstate two times. Of course the charges are affordable. But I must say the airport is just horrible in every aspects. The airport attendants are not at all friendly and they must need some training to that how correctly behave with passengers . They wont even smile to customers and answer in a very rude manner as if they are not in busy in any work. The funniest thing is that there is a thank you process at the end of the airport exit. I wonder why they are doing it.
At least they could keep an artificial smile on their face. This is not a right way to welcome the foreigner tourist. They easily understand what happening inside. If they don’t mean it better not to do it. This time my flight was delayed with 3 hours which I dont like in any way. I had a urgent work. All the three hours in the airport, I was forced to sit straight.
Maintenance is so poor. I do not want to travel by this airport any more. Because of their customer behavior. They must stretch their helping hand to the passenger. They must recruit some well trained crew members. Otherwise this ins fracture will be broken one day.
