I worked with Convergys for more than 1 year and I really regret for the time I wasted here. The company pays the least salary ( just like domestic companies) and they will make you work like an animal. The parameters set to make incentives is very very tuff ( we had 14 targets to meet) . Hence u end up getting your basic sal by d end of every month.
The only plus point of this company is the transport. You have an app to check your pick uo, drop nd track the cab locarion. Everything else is lame. Its better to work with a donestic comp rather than convergys. From a very unhappy employee.
