Hello everyone, Recently I was gone to Darjeeling for 2 day and 2 nights for some business tour purpose . So I booked a single bed room in continental hotel Darjeeling . When I was visited in hotel the lobby and reception room of hotel is very dirty and there was paint scratches on the wall and also they don't know how to welcome guest in hotel . Every staff in the hotel has given me bad service, like whenever I order some food or water on call through room they always deliver food and water late in room and when food is become cold . Staff in the hotel is non-cooperative and whenever they are talking to me, they always use rude and unprofessional behaviour . The room in which I was staying is very dirty, bedsheet is stinking, specially the bathroom of room is very dirty and I complaint these things in the reception but no one cleaned in those 2 days . Over-all I am not satisfied with the service in hotel and I think I wasted my money in by staying in the hotel.
