Spent less than a year with Concentrix- quit due to actual team lead named Kimberly W. being a YOU KNOW WHAT. A donnie sue T-rumper. Company is ok- good training- NO ONE liked our team lead.
First time Kimberly W. ever spoke she bragged she lived near N. Idaho on a mountain- and she wears this crappy t-shirt that says something like'In power- we will win.' Brags about her'red-headed kids ruling the world'. Not kidding about any of this. As I said- company overall is good- job was doing billing/etc. for large American company based on a red, crunchy fruit. BUT- K. W. is, was, and always will be a human being who lives in a well of hate. Sickening experience.
