Worked almost 5 yrs in Concentrix and realized one thing that concentrix cheats their client and employees.
Client cheating
1)As you know it's bpo company and Concentirx works for other companies. So concentrix cheats their client in billing. They raise fake and false billing amount by manipulating data and claim the same from clients
Employee cheating
1)They pay very less salary and claim more from client
2) Fake IJP. IJP are pre decided by mangers. Post deciding whom to give they release IJP and play with feeling of all employees.
3) HR people act/pretend like they support every employee in all matters but when concerns are raised they just ignored no action taken.
4) Mangers will give fake promotion commitment to employees and retain them and gave nothing.
5) Fair and beautiful girls will get promoted very soon.
6) No proper hike and promotions.
7)stupid people in the mid and top mangement. Simply they are getting paid lakhs of rupees for no reason.
Don't waste your life and career working for this company
