Lets talk about this comapny CONCENTRIX
OKAY. Today I went for interview. there are 4-5 process of interview .
I have cleared 1st round of interview in that I have slected for HDFC bank calling. now I have to go in TEST ROOM where I have to give telephonic interview , typing test .
Now the worst thing is that I went to the test room I saw that there are many PC'S are there from that only 4-6 computers are working. now all computers have one telephone near to it. I have WAITED ALMOST 1: HOUR 34 MINS ( I HAVE calculated this time in my watch) for the telephone round interview the reason was they ARE ALLOWING ONLY 2 TELEPHONE FOR THE INTERVIEW . AND IT TAKES TIMES TO CONNECT ALMOST HALF N HOUR , OR MORE THAN HALF N HOUR. now the memebers of CONCENTRIX, have no sense that if two telephone are there we take TYPING TEST OF OTHER CANDIDATES WHO CAME FOR INTERVIEW .but they keeps on waiting. and one thing more guys belive me there are 10-15 PEOPLE CAME FOR INTERVIEW . now for one person people it takes 2-3 hours approximately then think how much time take to complete the all interview process of all 15 candidates.
Next thing was that if we want to go washroom then we have to SHOW OUR AADHAR CARD. Have you ever listen this type of nonsense . ?
Okay then when I was frustrated from all this STUFF. I came outside and I ask one of my friend who were working there he told me that BROTHER MY INTERVIEW PROCCESS IS FOR 5 DAYS
guys for 5 days my friend came for interview and when he selected his salary was only 10000/- and he was also GRADUATED.
IF YOU ARE FAILING IN TYPING TEST THAN DONT WORRY U CAN TAKE YOUR TYPING TEST AT UNLIMMITED TIMES.
GUYS DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR DONT WASTE 5 days for only 10000 /- there are many bpo like ETECH, COLLABERA ETC WHO OFFERS YOU MORE THAN 10000/- AND INTERVIEW PROCESS ARE VERY QUICK THAN CONCENTRIX.
