One of my friend works in concentrix technologies and it's worst platform to work and if somebody wants to start career with this organisation then don't for this.It's a big company in BPO sector but it has bad policies and management.
The HR of this management has no manner to talk with employees and their is no extra leave to take in this company.The salary package they provide is very less.
In addition no good facility they offer to any of their employee and worst part is HR department, so many HR but no one knows the exact responsibility of his and her profile.
