I am from trichy and I booked an flat with color homes in color castle on Nov 2013 and till now I am yet to receive the flat delivered, Quality of the work they have done on my flat is very poor and quality is too worst. They have used all low quality products in market and the mainly labor who work there are in experienced and have not even constructed an single building before this and I am too disappointed with the progress and I have raised many complaints to the management and none of them are resolved it.

Key Issues I faced after booking the flat.

1. None of the amenities are delivered as mentioned in brochure

   
   




2. They are keen on raising the payment request even the stage is not completed, when we raise the issue over phone they will cleverly play with you.

   
   




3. As genuine builder they we will say in agreement like they will pay the rental compensation for the delay by month and at the time of final settlement they will not keep the words as mentioned in agreement and they will find some clever reason to avoid that.

   
   




4. Quality of the products Plumbing items, tiles, wood frames, doors, mainly gril are of worst quality, not even last for a year or 2, we need to replace after that.

   
   




5. They will not give any choice for the customer for any coloring or tiles, they will force to choose the color they have selected as they have brought in bulk and force to use and live with it.

   
   




6. They have not created the amenities on own they would have copied the amenities list from good builders broucher and pasted in their broucher to just sell the flats and at the end if we ask about the amenities promised, they will dont know what does that term means, for example they mentioned as Mr. Kitchen and not know the meaning and provided the Kadappa slab on the roof and says it as mr. kitchen.

   
   




7. they Planned for 92 flats and finally constructed 100 flats and without the knowledge of the customer who brought the flat there. they allow the additional people to share the amenities(if any) planned for 92 people.

   
   




8. Finally I can say they are money minded and never think about their customers who gave them opurtunity to build an happy home and finally if you are planning to buy the flats, villa from color homes, please visit the following site before making the decision.

   
   

Color Castle, Color Gates, Color Fortuna, Color Elite . and any other projects they have constructed.

Funny thing happened today is I have received the notification from Color Homes saying the Maintenance has started for Color Castle from 1st June 2016 and sending mail to all customers after 31st October 2016. I can clearly say most of the civil works are done only after June and even still the STP work is in progress and daily they are calling the lorries to clear the sewage water. This is another example you people can compare with on my previous reviews about color homes.

This statement clearly indicates, they will take the customer money(paid for Maintenance) to complete their pending tasks. still lot of the tasks yet to finalized especially they have advertised an amenity as Mr. Kitchen and none of them on the team knows what they mean  by the work Mr. Kitchen and what they printed on the brochure, similarly there are lot of amenities some of them I will list here. dont believe if color homes have used the following amenity in brochure

5. AC GYM

   
   




6. Super Market(Already maintenance started, yet to find how to run super market and gym).

   
   




7. Half Cut Senior Citizen Area
