Iam using this product since last one year
It has great spicy mint flavor which makes me active in morning and it cleaning teeth well compared other mint flavoured tooth paste in the market
As I said it has more mint flavour than other substitutes specially red spicy paste was good in maxfresh . even blue also better but red taste better mint than blue
While comming oral health . I does'nt have any complaints on my teeth as iam using since 1 year. so no problems with your oral health
