CLUB RESORTO VACATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I attended Club Resorto Hospitality Ltd promotion plan in hotel Fourtune Inn Grazia, Ghaziabad on 26 July 2019 where their customer executives narrated attractive and lucrative offers to us in their holiday plan. Hence, we got convinced to take Rs.75000 holiday plan.
After I made payment, they disclosed their hidden terms and conditions which were really shocking. They stated that we need to pay Rs. 10000 AMC charges annually when we will make any trip. Also, they assured and promised us that they have 600 hotels PAN India in which the accommodation can be made. But when I looked into their papers, only 60 hotels were found and hence they cheated me like most of the other customers .
I then decided to cancel their plan immediately and filled a cancellation form at that point of time which assured my refund money within 60 days. But now it has been more than 4 months and my money is still not refunded. I am constantly following up via emails to them from last few months but no success so far.
Be aware Guys!
Don't buy their membership and plan holiday as they are just making fool of everyone.
