Hi All,
Today I want to share a very honest & detailed review of Club Resorto.
Request you all to be alert and beware & never fall on the prey of such frauds. I request all to please don't buy their membership.
Given an option, I would give zero stars. No value is given to the customer after the membership fee is paid. I feel all positive reviews about them are totally fake and fabricated.
This to inform you all that do not get cheated by this fraudulent & customer unfriendly company. We received a call from them during the first week of Jan’19, and after so many follow-up calls, eventually, we went on 6th Jan’19 to JW Marriot Hotel, Sector 34, Chandigarh.
Initially, they seemed to be very friendly and genuine, the marketing guy – Mr. Vikram Kohli(Mob - 9915811490) started the conversation with formal introduction and he went on to share everything about his personal family background just to gain our trust. We too were fooled easily and started telling him about our own. Then in-between the talks they gave us 3-5 mins break to discuss & finalize about the membership. When we seemed to be a bit reluctant to purchase the scheme, their behavior started changing. They started making taunts like -Sir, you both are working, you can at least afford such an amount. Whenever we asked about any additional favour .like they must provide an invoice for each trip, etc. They agreed on each & every demand, just to lure us to an extent that we are bound to purchase the membership. Moreover, the other officials also gave us few inputs whenever we were having any doubts, like Mr. Achal Dubey(Mob – 9643985508), this number went out of service after 4 days of taking our membership; Zonal mAnasultanger Mr. Sandeep(Mob – 7814767474), Senior official Mr. Amit Chauhan(Mob- 8968553555) who has now left the job as per him; Club Resorto customer care representative of Zira_Homeskpur Ms. Kiran 8699323161. All are using personal numbers; no official phone number was given. All have excuses that they are in hospital having some grave problem whenever contacted on phone.
Marketing should be good but must be genuine, not like making fake commitments.
Finally, after having prolonged discussion & more of an argument for almost 2 hrs, we agreed to buy the membership. They all seemed very happy and must be proud inside to fool & cheat one more family. They immediately gathered their staff to congratulate us and clap for us. Mr. Vikram asked us to aishwaryasingh23 Rs. 75000, and when my husband said that he is having only 40, 000 in his account, they insisted me to arrange the balance Rs.35000.
When I logged in using their laptop, net banking was not working, and we told them that we will aishwaryasingh23 the balance after experiencing at least one trip. They denied and even agreed to come all the way to our home in Panchkula to aishwaryasingh23 the balance through my debit card which was at home.
Then when they were sure that we will aishwaryasingh23 the balance amount, they gave us the free gift voucher for 3-4 days stay at few given options. The gift voucher is just a name as gift voucher when you will try to book the Hotel, then you will come to know that you will have to aishwaryasingh23 Rs 2000 per night for the booking of the available room, that too on the very limited dates. You can find the rooms offered at the same price(Rs. 2000) or even below than Rs 2000 through Make my Trip. Goibibo, Yatra etc.
We told them that very day that we have applied for PR visa application and may get the same anytime, so in case we wish to avail the scheme for abroad locations, do we need to aishwaryasingh23 anything extra. They Faizabad you have to aishwaryasingh23 nothing while staying abroad in member hotels. But, afterward through their email, we get to know that we have to aishwaryasingh23 Rs. 3000 and even more as additional money for each night, which sums up to be more than the actual price.
Later, within 7 days, we got the information that we have to move abroad within 6-8 months, so we decided to get the cancellation done for our membership, as during year 2019, it will not be possible for us to avail any trip, as we have to arrange for so many formalities to hurry up our documentation process to settle abroad.
Before even getting our kit from Club Resorto, we dropped them a request mail and written application in Zira_Homeskpur office to cancel our membership. Initially, they replied that our request will be discussed and approved by their head office. Then we got no further emails. After so many follow-ups through mobile calls and emails, we didn’t get any positive response.
No response to calls whose numbers are provided during selling the package or afterward. They won’t pick your calls whatsoever happen. The behavior of those marketing guys changed drastically, and the call center lady Ms. Jhanvi Khan responds only one thing. Sir please send a mail to this ID, that ID and that's it. She doesn't speak any other sentence. Very well trained. When we mentioned in the email that we have already discussed our concern with the marketing team even before purchasing the scheme, and at that time they ensured us all the positive services, still, their booking staff honestly admitted that maybe the Marketing staff has given you the wrong promises with respect to the services & cancellation procedure.
After around another 20 days, we received an email, that our request has been denied and we cannot get our membership cancele_45d.
This proves that they are not sincere professionals, they are big frauds & a shameless company who can never understand their customers and value the hard-earned money of people like us.
We have a very genuine reason & concern, but still, they are not fulfilling our request for refunding our money back.
I need the support of all such members who are having their own concerns to get their money back. We all can contact each other and should hit them hard so that they cannot cheat anybody in future.
