Very bad service i have experienced with it. Review on Clubfactory

I have purchased so many items from different e commerce site. But I have very bad experience with this site. I have ordered fashion peas shoe one pedal set of fete male sports shoes on dt.19/08/2019 and my order No.SO128963856 and It is delivered to me on dt.09/09/2019 and display in site that late due to local holidays but at that time no such holidays in our locality. the size of that product is not exact size as displayed in the website I have booked 6.5 size which is UK 7 but that size is smaller than the actual size as shown in website. I have applied for return and same message displayed late due to local holidays. Also they deducted Rs.90/- for pick up. This is total loss to us due to their fault. Quality also not so good but managable. So I recommend not to buy from his site because if you buy if you satisfied then ok otherwise you are in loss. Website is good but app is very slow to loading and taking longer time compare to other e commerce sites. This site is not reliability for us. Most of the site don't charge for return pick up but this site is charged for it.
