Hello friends today I share my experience with Club factory online shopping site.
Friends bacicaly I was use online purchase from Flipkart or Amazon and some time from Snapdeal but few days back I saw a mens blazer advertising in my Facebook page .This add comes from Club factory wibe site .This blazer pictures are very lukritive and price are also good its comes in 1899/-.
So frind I have download this application and check that item size , colour options and other information and order its and I pay through my debit card.
Friend after 9 days I received that product and when I open that package I really surprised .Friend its not a product of 1899/- in local market its comes maximum 800/- to 1000/- .its quality not good , look like its pre washed. In short I feel I am loss my money.
After that I immediately put a request for refund my money through online claim submission but after that I face the real isssue .
They told me that send that product through courier and thet courier expenses is done from my end. I also send its courier with pay of 470/- .but after 10 days with regular followup they are giving lots or excuses like products not received, products check in process, money refunded but its take 10 working days and many more .
Friends its worlds mostly bad customer service I experience till day .
After 23 days I have finally received my money .
So friend I request you please don't purchased any thing from this site. because their photographer are good but product quality are just worst.
