Mahindra Holidays and Resorts is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

I recently canclled a bookingat 0720 hrs on 31 Mar done from 7 Apr to 10 Apr

I lose all

According to CM, cancellation done within seven days - all lost. My holiday starts at 2 pm on 7th and hence done well before 7 days. Also what about 8-10th. Even that is not eligible for any points.

It clearly shows the way in which CM wants to treat its members
