I have recently undergone IVF at Cloud 9 Fertility Center JP Nagar. It is such a regrettable decision to choose Cloud 9. I am sharing my experiences so that others will not not fall into this trap.
Initially when consulted Doctor UMA MAHESWARI in Cloud 9, she was very soft spoken and told so many success stories and given us confidence to go for treatment. Once we are committed she started to show real color.
So many consultations, so many tests even before the actual process starts and squeezed money like blood. Once the process started they treated us like paupers and doesn't give much importance as we already committed to them will not leave in middle.
If you ask any question or doubt they show their ego and will not tell any details. Not just they play with our money but they play with our emotions and make us weak.
They given an estimate of 1.3 Lakhs for the whole treatments, but there are so many hidden charges, totally we have paid 3.5 Lakhs for the whole process to complete.
At the end result is negative, even before disclosing the result to us they made us to pay full amount and made us to wait for 2 days and given the negative result.
They are cheaters, I don't have words to describe them.
By wasting money and time we achieved such a sorrow and sleepless nights with their treatment.
Another important point to mention, the kind of medicines and dosage they suggest before the IVF process made me sick and and it took so many months to recover and finally I became a patient.
My request to all woman considering for treatment at CLOUD 9, PLEASE. PLEASE.
BE AWARE OF THESE CHEATER, THEY MADE ME A PATIENT, IT'S NOT JUST ABOUT MONEY OR TIME, THEY PLAY WITH YOUR EMOTIONS AND LIFE.
