Hello Clear Car Team,
After completing the trip of 6 days I am very sadly saying that I am really disappointed with the service your organization is providing.
Your team has looted us just like normal local taxi drivers.
With a very disappointed note, I would like to describe the incident that happened with me that will neither make me think about booking any cab with a clear car nor suggesting to anybody.
As per our discussion, I was supposed to reserve 270 kms(approx) after my Delhi drop. Neither in the mail nor in our discussion it was mentioned that I have to reserve 5 hours for the Chandigarh drop also.
I have left the cab at 9.13 PM sharp at Delhi and for the delay of 13 mins, I was ready to pay 250/- as night charge with 425 kms left for Chandigarh return.
First your customer care executive was confused if I have exceeded the Kilometers and they were arguing for the extra kilometers from 1200 though my limit was 1500 kms.
When I have made them understand that I have used only 1075 kms and my limit was 1210 kms till Delhi drop they searched for a new cause to loot money from us, they told you had to reserve 5 hours for Chandigarh drop.
When I had 425 kms left, and it was more than enough to reach the destination, Still they took one complete day extra charge(2500 rupees total) from me with a very rude words from your customer care executive saying, the driver will take you to police station if you are not paying the amount.
And after paying the amount If I have one more day extension, why the driver didn't stay with me though I have asked the same to customer care that If I am charged for one more day, then I will extend the service also for one more day. As we have discussed earlier, if you have time left you can use the kilometers as your wish, Then why I didn't get the cab service for next day i.e. 1st March 2019.
Is this the kind of service you are providing to a customer who is booking for 15750 rupees and 6 days??
Also, the driver has looted me for food, he took commission from the winter dress facrories and winter activities stalls and forced us to spend 10 times more than the actual amount which is another issue to discuss. His behavior was so horrible and unprofessional during the journey.
I want service for tomorrow as I have paid for the day or else kindly refund my hard earned money. I had a very good experience till booking with the clear car and I never experienced such kind of fraud activities from this company.
I have described this incident with my friend who was planning his trip with a clear car and he canceled his trip after listening to this kind of unprofessional incident. Then a senior customer executive of clear car said if you shouldn't have shared this and made this small thing bigger and they would have considered something for the refund, if my friend would not have canceled. his booking As I have shared this thing and they have lost a client, she won't help me with the issue and said, "You have paid the amount and that's all. We can't do anything and whatever you want to do you do". It should not be the case that I will be charged for my friend's cancellation.
