I would like to share my experience pf my uncle who used to word in this bank.
He was posted and after his posotion got changed due to some circumstances of a better qualified person he was told to take a demotion which was very bad.
His position was very reputed and respectfull before but after demotion he was no longer respected and even the salaymry was also a bit of a hectic problem for him
