This is a new entrant in mobile wallets in India.
Citrus pay has a comparatively boring interface I have come across other Wallet services.
It gives free transfer to bank account without any commission charges. Citrus has no good offers as other wallet such as mobikwik, paytm etc. I have used and have got discounts only 1 time with site like air india, grofers etc.
electric bill, gas bill payments are not available on the website.
Citrus mobile application is also not as feature rich as other mobile gateways
Payment gateway is fine but lacks features and cuisine service is slow.
Cashbacks are slow to credit and only neft transfer to bank is possible. Imps option is not available.
One can only try for citrus pay if there is some offer as otherwise it can be easily avoided
