I am using citrus pay payment service from few months . Previously they provide something good services overall . I had used their transfer money, send money& mobile recharge service .
Previously in their mobile recharge& bill payment service was something poor . Maximum time, my recharge& bill payment were failed . That time I was fed up their service . I had launched many many complaints . Then they improved their service, but was not too good . Then I had to leave from their mobile recharge service .
But, their payment service was good . Previously I sent money to my friends via citrus payment . This service was very good . It has a good security . Because every time when I transfer money to anyone I need to provide password .
Their money withdrawal service is something good& something bad . It it something good, because I can withdraw any amount in my bank account without any extra service charge via NEFT Mode . Something bad because, on which I withdraw money, on they same day Citrus don't initiate it in my bank . Always they asking for wait 2 business day& money credited in my bank account on next business day at afternoon . So, if it urgent to real money back in my account, I need to wait 1 to 2 business day . I request to CitrusPay please initiate NEFT on the same day of withdrawal .
I am facing a new problem in CitrusPay site . That is during load money in my wallet, when I enter 16 digit debit card no . It is too many slow . If I enter 16 digit in normal typing speed, some digits are miss . So, I need to type it very very slowly . I request to CitrusPay please improve your service .
Few days ago, I had transfer money to another's wallet . To transfer money I had written targeted wallet register mobile no . But, after transferring money I saw automatically there have written two hyphens between mobile no . As a result money debited from my account but not credited in targeted wallet . Then I launched complaint . But, they are unable to solve my issue . They said they will contact with their internal team& then no exact date when my issue will solve . It was very sorrow for me . Because transferring money was too urgent . After 3 days money back to my wallet automatically . They I got an idea that, I can transfer money by selecting wallet register mobile no from my mobile contact list . If I hand write the mobile no, their app unable to take it correctly . It is a big problem .
One bad thing is that, citruspay's customer service . They take too many time to solve user's problem . Also they take too many time to reply a mail or sometimes they don't reply any . It is too bad .
So, now Citruspay is not good as previous . They are slow . Customer service also gone bad . Till they don't improve their full system I don't suggest it to anyone .
