I feel this review is:
I have a salary bank account in Citibank. In my personal opinion I hate Citibank because we need to keep minimum balance of 1 lakh once salary account got converted into saving account otherwise there is monthly chage of ₹; 600 got levied for non maintaince of minimum balance. There is very less branches of citibank in Delhi. Citibank is an international foriengn bank. In case of fraudulent activities also bank never refund for fraud transactions amount. UPI fraud is common in India and citibank also don't have a solid plan to reverse any transaction which was done fraudulently by Fraudsters. In India people are not that much rich so they will maintain minimum balance of 1 lakh or 2 lakh. I don't like this bank.
