Worst bank and worst service

I had my worst experience with Citibank. I opened my account with citibank as salaried account. After filling the account opening form on day of joining, they took almost 20 days to handover the checkbook, and debit card. After that to get debit card pin, I struggled a lot. Finally I got it after a lot of follow ups with bank official and courier services.


Worst policy of citibank account is their minimum balance. For normal account, minimum balance is 25k otherwise they will deduct some charges for that. Its online services is also worst. It is very less user friendly as compared to others. There is no provisions for adhoc transfer like Yes bank.


To find a citibank ATM is very difficult. I don't understand citibank policy behind it to have less no. of ATM.
