Chumbak.com is oneof the sites for customized gift items. It has got a wide variety no doubt. But let me clear you that this site is much expensive than any other site providing such similar products. Chumbak is easy to operate but it takes time for delivery.
Other similar sites will make same gifts with a few bucks. Chumbak also is a bit late in solving customer complains. This can be a bit affective in their sale. Also, many offline stores gives same products that too in a half rate and half time of delivery. So I will ask chumbak first to reduce their costs and improve their customer service. If someone is in urgent to buy a gift and have no choice then one can prefer this site, otherwise at this moment it is not as recommended as any other site.
