I just love this store!!!. Review on Christianbook

One of the best places to buy Christian material is from one of my favorite Christian Online Book Stores! I have ordered several times from this store but keep forgetting to write about it! Dummy me! But, dummy I am no more because here it is. Last week I was looking for new material to teach in my church for the ladies who join me once a week for a bible study so I went to this store. I found lots of wonderful books and wound up not purchasing anything specifically for class but several books that were marked down or on sale. Many were only .99 cents, which there was no way I could pass those up and some of them I have been wanting for a long time now. The shipping and handling was very reasonable for my order and I will get to that in a bit.

Overall my experience with this online store has always been great. The choice of products always comes in about a week and I have so far been happy with them all. The ladies also enjoy the books. In fact, I will some times let people borrow them and everyone is always happy.

The Online Store

http://www.christianbook.com like I stated above is one of my favorites. Their prices are generally cheaper that other online stores of the same type of items.

When you get to the home page you will always find a colorful page done in red, white and blue. Across the top you will category links for: Fiction, Bibles, Christian Living, Kids, Music, Home school, Gifts, Academics, Videos/DVD, and Bargains. Of course each link will take you to a different page where you will find lots of things. Items for sale or information you may be looking for. They also do a decoration on the homepage for the various holidays, which is always neat to see.

Down the left hand side of the home page you will many various links for the site. Just to name a few: Commentary Search, Song Search, Gift and Gift Registry Search, Online Categories, DVD Rentals, Daily Devotions and so much more. And of course each of these links takes you to different pages that allow you to see a world of information. You can also see these listings on each page as well as the links mentioned above.

You also will find a category for your account where you can check your order at anytime. See your profile or your registries and your log in information. The site is very easy to use and your information is always safe.

You also can check your bookbag (shopping cart) at anytime by clicking on the link found in the top, upper right hand corner of any page or clicking on the bookbag link found on the left hand side of any page. You can see the items you have chosen to buy under this link by clicking the view button found right underneath. You can also delete any item at any time or add to a particular item that you decide you want more of. Very easy to do.

Back at the home page you will also find some of the current sale items in the center of the page. And on the right hand side of the home page you will find various links for Pastors, New Fiction, Veggie Tales, Scholar Shop, Top Sellers, Music Pre-Order and many more. Once again, each link taking you to a different page to view information about said item.

Other Stuff

You can use the drop down box found on the left hand side of any page and shop many different categories from bibles to books to music to bargains to Catholic to Christian Living to Calendars to Clothing to Prophecy and so much more. There are just to many to list so you will have to check them out for yourself. As you use the drop down feature you are automatically taken to that page of choice. And on the right hand side of each page you always find various other categories on the same topic. This is really helpful to me because when I look for parenting advice I have a large variety of choices.

You can also search for specific items by using the keyword search engine that they offer.

Major credit cards are welcomed or you can use your ATM/Debit card and your account is safe like already mentioned.

They ship to the Continental US, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, International, and APO/FPO boxes and to Prisons. Yes, prison. The shipping and handling depends on how much you spend. You can choose next day, two day, express, premium or standard. I always go with standard because it is cheaper. For up to a 20.00 purchase I pay only 3.50. 20.00 to 50.00 are 5.00 and then from there the s/h is based on a percentage. 50.00 to 100 are 10 percent and over 100.00 are 8 percent. Of course for the other choices prices are slightly higher and you can find those by going to the help section on the site and I strongly suggest that you look over the various s/h charges before submitting your order so that you understand this cost.

How I Feel

I really like the gift section because it will give me ideas for my Secret Sister or for family members or even myself. I also like the check out procedure set up because it is just so easy and self-explanatory. There are so many Christian books available and all are reasonably priced, which I really love. In fact, this online store really surprises me sometimes with their prices being so cheap.

I love the page after page of .99-cent items because I found some older books there that have really helped me in my growth with God and with teaching for Him at my church. There are just so many wonderful little gadgets at this Online Stores. It is just so good to find a store that offers so much that I can use or buy for gifts and not just books and bibles.

For me when searching for a Bible, this is the place to go. I am rather picky about the Bible that I use. It has to be the King James Version for that is my favorite but boy howdy let me tell you all I had no idea that there were so many different Bibles out there to choose from until I came to this store. So, be very careful in this choice for it is a very important choice and you must choose the one right for you.

You can even download music for a small fee. And they offer a wish list, which I keep full! You can even enter to win a variety of different items, read about authors of books and subscribe to email from https://christianbooks.com. Really neat I think.

There is just so much on the site to talk about that I will have to stop for now because we would be here all night so you will just have to go and check them out for yourself.
