Chowman - Bad quality seafoods. Review on Chowman, Baguihati, Kolkata

I visited this restaurant present in Baguihati , Kolkata twice with friends. But I am not satisfied with this restaurant coming to the points.Foods and presentation are average according to how much they charge. I expected much better. Not the all foods are bad but specially seafood dishes are not good as we expect from a good restaurant. Non veg items are good.Ambiance , position is good. Transportation is available all the time. Restaurant has adequate space for sitting and all.So that's not the problem. But the restaurant is in very noisy area.Customer service is slow as I had to wait about 15-20 mins to get couple of prawn dish. Time is precious nowadays so be careful. Sitting on blank table in restaurant for 20 minutes is really disgusting. They fails to serve timely on rush.If you love non veg dishes then you should try this otherwise my suggestion is dont go to Chowman restaurant . Also rate of the dishes are high according to their service. So dont waste your money here & try other restaurants.
