It always troubles when we reach a point where we have to decide the right career.

Now this will not worry if u have already made a stern decision about the career you will choose.

Now I have a few tips in hand, which might help if you are a person who haven?t yet succeeded to lay down a plot on your career.

THINGS REQUIRED:

a)a sheet of paper

b)pen/pencil

c)career books to refer/internet facility

d)concerned people to talk with

This is the simplest method you can get to know which career best suits you.

i) Take a piece of paper and a pen/pencil. Keep your mind calm and relaxed. Think about nothing but about your interests, behaviour, character etc. List down your 5 best hobbies you enjoy possessing. Then you can jot down about the work environment you would like to entangle with, for instance if you are a person who doesn?t like group activity then you might not like to go for social works or if u like peace and freshness you can build up a carrier on nature and surroundings.

WHY HOBBIES?

Hobbies are activities in which one is always ready to spend more time with. So what if your job is related to your hobby? Then you will enjoy at the most. Always choose a career only if you can enjoy the work apart from monetary benefits.

WHY WORK ENVIRONMENT?

You can only adjust with your career if your job is the one that accepts your behaviour and character. Certain work involves travel, like for e.g. if you are an Architect then you will have to travel to your work site be it far or near. And if you are a person who doesn?t like to travel then this job will not fascinate you.

ii) Once you have grouped your hobbies and work environment you can search career oriented books and internet to match for careers that support your facilities.

In case your hobby is to play sports (badminton, tennis etc) and enjoy a very enthusiastic and challenging environment then choosing a game as a career would be your right choice. There can two to five choices you can end up with.

iii) Now keeping five choices in hand you can cross out two of them which you least like among the 5. Now you must be very much concerned about the three of them left.

Browse on the merits and demerits of each. Here you can give priority to the income you shall receive from your job. Apart from all these you can take a chat with a good career counselor who can help you to make the best choice. Also it is advisable to grab information from a person whose career matches with the career choices you have. Like if you are planning to go into the medical field then it is liable if you talk to a doctor/ pharmacist/ physician etc to know about the difficulties they have to face,

the way they enjoy their work and much more. This will let you know whether you can get adjusted with the particular career or not.
