Here are some tips on How to choose a Doctor. Lets begin.

Only go to a doctor that has a ptofessional degree. You should be able to see it in any clinic you visit. This is most important.

Experience also matters. The doctor should be having a good working experience. Lets say 5-10 years. More th experience more is the ability of a doctor to cure your problems.

At some clinics, you will see trainees that treat patients. If you have serious problems, you should avoid visiting such clinics.

Now I will share a Real life experience with you guys. It happened last year summer. One day, my arms started itching. For some time, I neglectd it but within three days, all my body had severe itching. Like hands, arms, neck, and almost everywhere on the upper half body. So I eventually had to go to a nearby clinic. Mind you, the doctor there has an MBBS degree. He asked me a few questions and I told him exactly what happened. Then, he just said its an infection, and to not share soap and towel with anyone and prescribed some medicine. But nothing changed. I was was almost dying. So the next day I went to Safdurjung Hospital Delhi.

I was suffering from scabies. It is a highly contagious disease that spreads from one person to another. I had already known this from some online research. Well. The doctor at the hospital asked me the symptoms and I told him my whole body has been itching from the last 3-5 days and its happens more at joints. He then confirmed inhad scabies and prescribed me an anti bacterial lotion to use three days at night, and a few medicines. I did the same and within 1 or 2 days, it was completely gone.

Also I would like to tell you that I didn't have to pay any charges at the hospital either for the consulation or the medicines, but at the Local clinic, I paid 250 rs consultation, and a little more for the medicines which didn't even solve my problem.

So from my experience it's better to go Hospitals, if you have serious problems. For common problems, you may visit Local clinics. Consultation fee may vary place to place, doctor to doctor. I recommend Visit a doctor with justified consultation fee.

At famous clinics, the consultation fee could be high but do not hesistate to pay more. It is your health, after all. It can not be taken for granted. Keep in mind. Health is wealth.
