I thought I should write about the good experience I've had dealing with the Hyundai service centre at the Hyundai Motor Plaza in Chennai.
Please Note:For most of you, what I may say after this may sound normal and you may wonder -'whats the big deal?!' I've had nothing but bad experience dealing with banks, cellular companies, paging companies, courier companies and other car companies etc. Therefore I might be overreacting when I meet normal, efficient people. And I assure you there aren't many companies/people like this.
The people at Hyundai are very systematic and efficient.Really!
What I liked about Hyundai
1.Timely reminders were sent to me about the need for service.
I could call them and book the date on which I would bring my vehicle for service.This ensures that there are limited number of vehicles that will be attended to on a particular day and they would be delivered on time.
As soon as I entered the service centre there would be somebody to receive the vehicle.
A service advisor would be allocated within 10 minutes of my arrival.
Service advisors were very systematic and thorough. More importantly, they listened to me when I explained a problem.
Their time and cost estimates were very accurate.
I received a call well ahead of the delivery time informing me when the vehicle would be ready.
The car was ready to be delivered when I arrived at the service centre.
They don't waste time during billing and delivery.
The service centre personnel were very courteous and polite.
They stick to all their commitments with regard to time and cost.
They do a real good job on the car.
Their costs are reasonable.
This is another reason to buy a Hyundai.
