I am member of HATHWAY for last ten years .In june I got trice my average bill.I wrote to helpdesk , nodal officer but they have failed to reply.The hathway administration only knows to propganda but in service very poor .My connectivity goes after two hours.
I had complained several times but no permanent solution .The helpline do not reply .Nodal officer do not reply .The call centre only answers sterotype .They have told not to take request beyound technical help or bill query .No excess refund , excess charging of bill, compensation request are not entertained
I want to know is this not one kind of corruption.
