This is a fantastic place near Civil Lines, that gives great marwari thali at a throaway price. I though Agra was known more for its Mughla but this place surprised me with some lipsmacking marwari recipes.
Accessibility - This is pretty famous place, there were a lot of people when we visited, especially overflowing during the lunch times. No reservation systems here. This is one of the best known veg places on a budget in Agra. So no problems with accessibility
Ambiance - Pretty simples place, if you visiting during a peak hour, you might find cramped and a bit uncomfortable if you are used to eating in a quiet atmosphere, but given the great food you should have no complaints. The interiors are tastefully done but they should have made the place bigger by building a floor more I guess.
Food - On of the best marwari food I have had in my life. If you are looking for spicy food, this is surely not the place, the thali has good amount of sweet stuff, and its unlimited you can have as many rotis with multiple servings of subzi. The kheer with the thali was brilliant, no extra here though.
Cost - The giant thali costs just 200 and is good enough for 2 people with normal appetite, but if you gobble more like me you should have one just for yourself. You also get smaller thali, the thali for children costs just Rs.90.
