Worst customer service. Review on Chatkara Rasoi, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow

Chatkara Rasoi is located in Gomti Nagar , lucknow . It is really very near to my home . As I have said in my previous reviews that I am a very foody person . I love to try new new dishes of different resturants . That is why yesterday I went to Chatkara Rasoi with my brother and sister . I really had a very bad experience about this resturant . The table amd chairs of this resturant were very dirty and dust can be seen on them . When we ordered the food many things were even not available in Chatkara resturant which were mantioned in the menu . We ordered chilli paneer . It took approximately half an hour in preparing the dish. Me and my broyher and sister were really very dissappointed . The food was also just normal in taste and there was nothing special in the food . Overall I really did not have a good experience about this Chatkara resturant and it is not value for money at all .
