My name is akash rathore, resident of chandigarh. I book tatkal reservation ticket online for my father (Rajbir singh) on 9/11/2015 from chandigarh(cdg) to saharanpur(sre) , PNR NO. 2111713189 , TRAIN NO. 12232, CDG LKO EXPRESS, COACH NO. S3, BERTH NO. 22 UPPER through a registered agent. The journey date was 10/11/2015. we reached chandigarh station before train departure . But there was huge rush in whole train.
It was very tough to enter in our coach. we complaint TT (ticket checker) but he said that "i can't do anything in that the grp police will remove the non reserved (general) passenger from the coach". The station master ask grp police via loud speaker to check the train but no policemen came. We rush to station master till then the train departed from station. We registered the written complaint . Almost 4 months elapsed no response has come from station. We visit station several times but they always said the response will come via post.
We have hard copy of complaint & ticket.
