Hi, Actually I am a big fan of their experimentation on Teas. I frequently visit their restaurants in Delhi. The most positive thing that I found in Chaayos is you can sit and have a frequent or long chat with your colleague or friend or boss or with anybody with their Masala Tea or Ginger Tea with or without milk. Yes you will find this place more crowd and full with the people but that is somewhat adjustable.
So if you are looking for a place in CP where you can pass some time or discuss with your colleagues or friends, can go there.
