Chaarcoal in Bangalore Central Mall, Bellandur has a pleasant ambiance with a Budhha statue, warm lights and some good background music. The service is quick and efficient and the staff is pretty courteous. And although you would think that they serve barbeque food from their name, they serve North Indian food, that’s great right?
Their paneer makhanwala is mouthwatering and will make your taste buds feel like they are on a joy ride. Their dahi ke kebab are tantalizing to the gustatory senses. Their dahi ke kebab is delectable and you will love every bite of it. Their tamatar shorba is a good option to order here.
Their butter chicken is finger-licking good and you will devour it in minutes. Their vegetable biryani is also a treat. Their charcoal paneer tikka is drool-worthy and is a must try here. Their mushroom tikka is also ambrosial and you will love it. Their chicken tunday kebab is out of the world. Their lazzez chicken tikka masala will blow your mind and their chicken lababdar will make you go ‘wow’. Their garlic naan and chicken curry are a match made in heaven and taste divine together. Their reshmi kebab is splendid and delicious. Their paneer butter masala with stuffed kulcha is sapid and will make you feel like you have entered food heaven. The malai kofta here is unpalatable and you should avoid this dish like its plague because it is just thick malai without any flavor and it is inedible and you will feel like puking. Their mutton roghan ghosh is wonderful.
