Feels like Fraud due to it's slow Processing. Review on Ccavenue

Hi guys,

I have used this CCAvenue once for making a payment but my experience was worst in the first time itself. I couldn't buy the Article because of unsuccessful payment and and my money was deduced from my bank account and it took 3 to 5 days to get it refunded. Service and support is very poor and could't get in touch with the customer service easily. Information Depth is very swallow, sufficient information is not provided. Content is very less, the team should provide the terms and conditions in details. I found it very critical and not user-friendly. It takes too much time to load and due to its slow loading the transaction gets cancelled or unsuccessful.
