The problem I faced is quite bizzare. My nephew has to fly from Bahrain to dubai I chose cathay pacific and the ticket cost is reasonable But I had difficulty in booking and couldnt make a payment forward since my nephew dont have a family name firstname and family name and cant be left blank both has to be filled
and suppose if someone has a lengthy name like 3 or 4 words the same issues happen. Finally I had to choose a different airline because of this issue and I didnt had the patientce too . I paid a little more cost for the same route but had to settle with it because of simpler booking process.
Sometimes it is the user interface that makes a huge impact in business. Hope Cathay Pacific deals it
