Casagrand's service has been nothing short of a nightmare. They consistently fail to deliver projects on time, and contacting their CRM team, especially someone named Daniel, is an exercise in frustration. Daniel, in particular, behaves like a goon, showing no professionalism or willingness to help. When you finally manage to reach someone, their responses are dismissive and only add to your irritation.

They impose unreasonable conditions, forcing you to register the flat without even allowing you to inspect its condition. And when you do register, the flat is nowhere near habitable. They initially promised four bore wells, but now they’ve backtracked and expect you to rely on water tankers for daily needs.
