I have bought Carrier-Estrella(1.0T) window AC approx 20 days back. From the start its cooling wasnt effective, so I logged a ticket with their service desk on 24th May with reference number 131101615. Enggineer visited after three days, and informed me to keep the settings on cool/full fan speed. I asked him I have already tried that and requested to him to wait for 30 mins and check cooling. His straight away answer, he doesnt have time to spare and check after 30 mins and he was gone next minute. Same day I called customer care and informed about the behaviour of the engg and requested to speak with their Team manager. I was informed he/she is busy and they will call back in 30 mins. Today is 5th June and havent received the call. I went for Carrier as I heard its one best in the race but I must say I feel like cheated and would go to consumer court if I dont get this fixed in another 15 days. Whats the use of AC after Summer is over!
