Goa trip from 2nd July to 5th of July 2013 at our stay in Ramada Hotel. We were unsatisfied regarding few points:-
We had booked 3 deluxe rooms but we were not provided facilities like free use of wi-fi, well stocked MINI BAR, extended check out time, a fruit basket every day in the rooms. ALL THIS WAS MENTIONED IN THE HOTEL WEBSITE. When we inquired about it, the reception staff said that since we had booked the deluxe room of their hotel through a travel agent so we were not entitled to them and we could get them only we had booked standard or superior rooms and upgraded to deluxe on making extra payment to the hotel on the spot. The receptionist clearly said that this package was not provided to a travel agent, and then on what basis were we provided a deluxe room booking? And if there was any such condition why wasn’t it told to us? Logically if you have a deluxe room booking then you have every right to avail the facility provided to that room.
When we reached our rooms, the door which was my room was not opening. As a result of the chaos and the confusion among the staff of the hotel, finally we were able to get into our room after waiting and running around for two hours. I did send an official e mail about this matter on the email id of the hotel but they have not responded to it as of now.
The indoor activities which were a part of the package were not operational in the hotel neither were the swimming pool nor the Jacuzzi were operational at that time.
The connectivity of the mobile networks in our rooms was poor as a result of which we suffered a great deal of inconvenience in making and receiving calls.
