Caratlane - 1-2 years back this site used to be good but has deteriorated terribly now . We had a pathetic experience recently!
my husband purchased gift coupons for me in Dec 2018 thinking it would be a surprise but imagine his surprise when he found out that neither I had received he soft copy nor hard copy of the coupons! How disappointing is that!
When he called the customer care he was informed that there was a technical glitch which had delayed the process and coupons would be sent shortly . ITS BEEN MORE THAN 1 MONTH(we are now in Feb 2019) AND WHILE PAYMENT WAS MADE TO CARATLANE ONLINE WE HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THE COUPON SOFTCOPY OR HARD COPY
WHAT SORT OF SERVICE IS THIS WHERE CUSTOMERS HAVE TO CHASE CARATLANE JUST FOR A COUPON EVEN THOUGH PAYMENT HAS ALREADY BEEN MADE! AND WORSE CARATLANE IS NOT EVEN PROACTIVELY FOLLOWING UP TO RESOLVE OR CLOSE EVEN THOUGH THE COMPLAINT WAS REGISTERED WITH THEM
PATHETIC! ITS BETTER TO SHOP ON SOME OTHER SITE
WE HAVE ASKED THEM NOW FOR A FULL REFUND GIVEN THE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE .HOPE THIS AT LEAST IS RESOLVED
