I took loan from capitalfirst in the month of October. My first Emi was on November 2nd 2018. Due to dome bank issue the sufficient fund was unavailable on 2nd but on 3rd we paid the amount these guys put bounce charges without information before dropping my cheque, I paid unnecessarily 400 extra.
Dame thing repeated this month march 2nd 2019 also. I credited the amount on 2nd itself but due to their bank issue they asked me to pay through online, but due to my personal reasons I couldn't pay through inline so they charged me 800. Now I called yo customer care also she doesn't know anything, a d cut the call without inform. And they didn't call back also.
They sent mail that my query has resolved,
How can you say that it is resolved without talking with me.
Very worst financial service. Dont approach them. Before taking loan they act very smart and says that interest is very low , after taking loan they will remove their masks.
