I have been mailing since 16th Feb 2018 about my bike which was stolen with all the requested documents by your executives. Every time I mail the documents your executive Mr.Faishal says he has not received and he has just been collecting the documents for 20 days and on march 1st when I sent multiple reminders he says he has received the documents isn't there so much and shall revert to me by 20th March.
Where as now as it the date has already been passed still there is no revert or update on the query.
Have never gone through such worst customer services, they do not even bother to revert on mails and have no courtesy to revert even after several reminders.
But for the monthly EMI and new loan offer they followup with the customer accurately . And I have been paying loan for the bike which is already stolen .
More over imagine the harassment and trauma you cause to the customer. And the customer will have to followup with them each and every time. They give you fake commitments and time limits which are never followed by them
Would never refer anyone to try them
