I received this printer free when I bought my computer, and I have not had any problems with it. It is good for light, personal use, not any major heavy duty printing. The black printing quality is good, but it runs out of ink pretty quickly and the cartridge is quite expensive. The color printing quality is acceptable, but the ink problem still remains.
So if you want an OK printer for personal use, you can buy this. But for corporate use or some moderate use, go with the Epson Stylus 600 or 800 series.
