Canara Bank is the worst bank in my opinion based on my personal experiences. They have worst customer support I ever faced. I had my saving account in Ganesh Nagar Branch, West Delhi. The staff is so arrogant and will not respond you promptly. The nature of staff is very egoistic. I applied for Internet Banking and after so many visits and requests, nothing fruitful happened. They have head office in Banglore and everything, controlled by them only. I terminated my saving account and will never ever use Canara Bank's service ever. Go for HDFC, ICICI, YES Bank or even SBI and PNB who has better customer support.
Not recommended to anyone. Service is very poor.Better to open account in SBI(if you prefer Govt. bank) otherwise HDFC is the best in class.
