It’s been a long time since I’ve written a review but then I got bored so I decided to write on one of my absolute favourite game CoD Modern Warfare 3.
Call of Duty modern Warfare 3 is the third and final installment in Call of Duty’s Modern Warfare series. It’s the sequel to Modern Warfare 1 and 2 and sometimes does small shout outs to the 1st and 2nd. The game follows two main playable characters: Task Force 141’s Yuri and ‘Frost; from the US Army’s Delta Force. The events of Modern Warfare 3 revolve around World War 3, set in place by Modern Warfare 2’s villain Makarov. He is also the main villain in this one also. Infinity Ward and Sledgehammer games have really outdone themselves with the third and final game of the Modern Warfare series.
The story is a direct continuation to Modern Warfare 2. The story begins when Capt. Price and Nikolai rescue Soap away and take him to Himachal Pradesh just hours after killing Gen. Shepherd. After the Russians invade North America, the Delta Force team with us in it destroys a jamming tower and the war between the US and Russia concludes. While Makarov hijacks a plane carrying the Russian President. After all that happens around Europe like chemical attacks in Britain, the falling apart of Germany and the fall of the Eiffel Tower and so on, the President of Russia Is finally rescued by Task Force 141 and the Delta Force team. This leads to withdrawal of all Russian Forces from Europe. I’m not really going to say what happens next so I guess you’ll just have to find out.
The gameplay is familiar to us and it’s almost exactly the same like the previous Modern Warfare games. But the graphics have really took a turn for the best because the graphics in the low settings are great but the high settings are absolutely mind blowing. The game’s roller coaster theme has players going from stealth missions to full on firefights. The game has retained some of the Call of Dutyness such as turret missions, quick time events and one on one battles with the antagonist. The feeling you get when you play this is hard to describe. It’s really a good first person shooter with enough elements to make you actually want to play this one.
So Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 3 is a very good game and for those who haven’t played it yet, I think it’s a must-play game for CoD fans.
